I've named the jewelry in this 2017 line of Steampunk designs after Victorian heroines, angels and warrior women. Josephine March was the heroine of the novel Little Women, the most active and imaginative woman of the four sisters, who made things happen to/for her rather than just letting events define her life. She did not exemplify the typical Victorian woman.
